Rev. Todd and Carleen



Rev. Todd W. Clair, was born in Willmar, MN and raised in Michigan.  He graduated from North Central Bible Collage.  He is an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God since 1993.  He has served in the Midwest Latin District since 1996 as Sectional Presbyter 2002-2005, Executive Presbyter 2002-2005, Missions Director 2003- present, and became our Secretary/Treasurer in 2005- present.  He pastored in Minneapolis, MN.  He has been married for 20 years to Carleen and has two children.
